If you choose to ship via USPS First Class Mail International (the cheapest option), there will be NO TRACKING SERVICE. Please keep this in mind and choose First Class AT YOUR OWN RISK. International shipments can take 6 weeks or longer to arrive, and in some countries (especially Canada, Brazil, France and Italy) they are prone to long customs delays. In these situations the package can not be tracked so we will NOT be responsible for it once it leaves the USA. The customs number you will get to your email is not a tracking number and the tracking info will normally not be updated once the package leaves the USA. Usually the last step you will see is it being processed through Los Angeles or New York. This means it has left the USA!

    Packaging, Shipping and Handling

    Shipping fee includes packaging and handling fees.
    All packages will be safely packed and shipped out in boxes or padded envelops.
    We normally ship within 24 hours upon receiving payment.
    For free shipping items, we will choose any qualified mailing services. Some of these services will not provide tracking number.
     
    - For Express Mail (Next day delivery to US) -
     
    We need to meet the USPS cutoff time for ExpressMail shipping, so payment must be paid before 1:00PM Pacific Time
    so we can send the mail the same day before the cut-off time (3:00PM).

    - For International Buyers -

    If you choose to ship via USPS First Class Mail International, USPS will not provide tracking service
    so we can only provide the USPS Custom Form 2976 number and will not be responsible for shipping damage or loss. Although the normal shipping time for most countries will be 10-30 days, for some countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Brazil, India, Sri Lanka and etc., the shipping time could be up to 75 days because of the delay at customs. Since there is no tracking information, please understand the shipping process is totally out of our control.

    If you choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International,
