We will send you an email with your tracking number when we have booked your order in with DespatchBay. When your item is collected you will receive and email from DespatchBay. It can take up to 8 hours from when the item was collected before any tracking information is available.

For all UK postcodes (excluding Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland the courier will be Parcelforce. For Northern Ireland the courier will be Yodel. For International orders the courier will vary.

Delivery Process
All orders are automatically booked in for collection by DespatchBay as soon as your item has been paid for. The delivery address is automatically taken from the customers eBay account and we cannot change the delivery address once the item has been paid for. If you require your item to be delivered to an alternative address your must change your address on your eBay account prior to payment.

If you have any problems with your delivery the quickest way to resolve them is to call DespatchBay on 0871 210 0122 option 3 and quote either your tracking number or your postcode. DespatchBay will be able to give you more accurate delivery information than us and will be able to resolve your issue faster than we can.

Your parcel will require a signature. Couriers will not accept instructions form the sender to leave a parcel in a safe place. You can try leaving a signed note for the driver to leave in a safe place however it is at the drivers discretion if he leaves the parcel as he is held liable of it goes missing. If you are not in the driver should leave a card however sometimes they have run out. If you have not received your item and have not received a card please contact DespatchBay on 0871 210 0122 option 3, they will be access more information on the whereabouts of your parcel than we can.

Returns accepted within 14 days from the date the item was received only. The customer is responsible for all return postage costs and we do charge a 10% restocking fee so please read the listing details in full before you purchase to ensure the item meets your requirements.

If your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us via the ebay messaging system before you return the item. If you have received a faulty or damaged item please take some detailed pictures of the fault / damage including any damage to packaging, please send these pictures to us as an attachment to an ebay email. This cannot be done from a mobile phone.

For all returns please ensure you leave a note inside the parcel with your ebay user id and stating the reason for the return. Please ensure you use the original packaging, do not write on the packaging and do not use excessive parcel tape. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt.
