Cheques, Postal Orders, Bankers Draft:
Your cheque, Uncrossed Postal Order or Bankers Draft for the total
amount should be made payable to "My Dance World Limited"
The address to send your payment to is available by messaging us
through the contact seller function.
Please put a note in with your cheque to state your eBay user ID and
the description of the item/s you have purchased and the size of the item along
with the item number.
Once the cheque clears the goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail
First Class Tracked Service.
We don’t accept Card payments for your purchases.
Shipping:
We aim to post the goods within 1 working day after cleared payment has
been received.
We aim to post the goods the same day after cleared payment has been
received if the goods are purchased before 2.30PM on a working day.
We will keep you informed via e-mail when we dispatch your purchase.
UK Postage:
Your purchase will be sent via one of these three options which will
show when the item is checked out - you can click to choose any one of these
options.
*Royal Mail Tracked Service - Delivery estimate of 2 - 3 working days
*Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1PM the next day -
purchases do have to be checked out and paid for BEFORE 2.30 PM on a working day
to receive the item the next day. We do not guarantee Saturday delivery with
any postal option.
Standard Royal Mail Policy:
It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal
Mail sorting office if the recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery. You
can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up. If your purchase is not
collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the
package to us. We can then re-send the item to you; however we would require
you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the
original postage costs.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item we can either
offer you a full refund or an exchange.
All our deliveries are sent recorded and so the delivery status can be
traced from the Royal Mail website, if you would like to have your Track and
Trace number please message us to request it.
International Postage & Payments:
For International and overseas customers we accept PayPal only.
International deliveries are made using Royal Mail; please allow 3-7
days for Europe and 7-14 days for the rest of the world. We attempt to dispatch
all orders within 1 working day from when the order has been placed. A large
percentage of orders get dispatched the same day when placed on a working day.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to
an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you
aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave
a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no
control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your
parcel will be delayed.
International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us
from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the
package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK
customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be
returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to
receive back our products.
Customs and Import Charges:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the
destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise
you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely
from country to country.
We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges
before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Returns
Our no quibbles returns policy means you may return an item for any
reason for a refund.
All we ask is the product(s) are returned in the same condition they
were sent, unworn except for tried on for fit and sizing, with all tags
attached and in the original packaging within 28 days of receiving delivery of
the item(s) purchased. We do not refund for worn, misshaped or damaged items or items that are damaged by incorrect re packaging. We do not refund for items that we cannot re sell. Buyer to pay all postage costs associated with the purchase.
If you need to return an item please FIRSTLY complete the eBay returns
form, which can be found in your eBay account in the drop down box at the right
hand side of your purchased item, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM AND AWAIT OUR
VERIFICATION BEFORE returning the goods. This will enable us to process the
refund of your item. NB: REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FORM IS
COMPLETED AS IT GENERATES A LINK FROM OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO YOUR PAYPAL
ACCOUNT.
Please return with the invoice that was sent with your purchase. Please
state the reason for return. If you can not locate the invoice please send a
note with your return stating your eBay user ID and reason for return, this
will make it easier for us to deal with the return quickly. Once the item has
been received you will receive a full refund minus any P&P charged on the
order. If P&P was free then you will receive a full refund. We only refund
return P&P costs if the goods are faulty, for all other returns we do not
refund return P&P costs. We do not refund for your postal return costs unless
the item is faulty and we agree the item is faulty.
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the
delivery charge except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK
Distance Selling Regulations, or the entire order was faulty.
If you think the item you received is faulty, please contact Mariana in
our customer service team via the eBay messaging system. We will then advise on
how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible
about the fault.

We do NOT refund for items for the following reasons-
Items damaged by incorrect re packing.
Items that are not sent back in their ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS packaging,
labels and tags.
Items that have been worn or misused.
Please do NOT stick anything onto the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS packaging,
labels and tags.
REMEMBER WE HAVE TO RESELL THESE ITEMS AND ANY GOODS RETURNED IN ANY
OTHER MANNER THAN HOW THEY WERE ORIGINALLY SENT TO YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item, we can try our best to
exchange the item for you in a different size or style but we cannot guarantee
we will have the item you need in stock. We only carry a certain amount in each
style as fashion is changing constantly so please bear this in mind to avoid
disappointment.
Any exchanges agreed are at our discretion and we cannot do an exchange
if the size you now require has already been unlisted or the listing has ended
and we have no more in stock. Please include the name and size of the item you
wish to exchange for within the return package.
All exchanges are subject to additional postage costs to be paid by you
in order to return the item back to you this will be requested through PayPal.
If you need to exchange an item please DO NOT fill in a returns request form,
please message us through the eBay messaging system to obtain the procedure for
exchanges.
Finally, please remember that the goods are your responsibility until
the parcel has been received by us, we do not refund for goods that have NOT
been received here. When returning the item please obtain a postage certificate
as proof of postage from the post office, as this will ensure you can claim
compensation from Royal Mail in the unlikely event that the item gets lost as
we are unable to help you should this happen.
