Returns Policy:

If you receive your purchase and have an issue with it you must contact us immediately with in 2 days of receiving it. We are responsible for return shipping fee if we send you wrong item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, please contact us in 3 days upon receiving the package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

In stock hair products and accessories can be returned or exchanged under the following standards conditions:(A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or exchanges) 

1.Packaging and Promotional material MUST be returned with the item and in its original new resalable condition. Labels and Tags MUST still be attached and in its “brand new” resalable condition. 

2.The buyer must use protective covering when trying on the wig/hair products. 

3.Item must be in new, resalable condition. No credit, exchange or refunds will be issued for hairgoods worn, cut, sprayed, styled, washed, etc. 

Please understand, we sell only New Merchandise to our customers.

Any return/exchange request must be made within 3 days from the time you receive your order. 

Return package must be postmarked no later than 14 business days from the date of receipt
