Exchanges receive 100% credit towards a future purchase. We will only accept item if returned in original condition without any physical changes. (E.g. scratches shortening of bracelet etc) Shipping fees, listing and payment fees are not refundable. All shipment required signature.
Special orders are not returnable
All returned items must be shipped to us INSURED along with a RA No. Sender is responsible for fully insuring the package. We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
