Delivery

All items bought *before midday will be dispatched on the day of purchase. Items purchased after midday or outside working hours will be dispatched the following working day.

Should items be out of stock at time of purchase, we will contact you within 24 hours offering a full refund or alternative, if necessary.

Please be aware that all items are checked by quality control before shipment and are packaged to a high standard. Any products returned because of damages caused in transit are the buyer's responsibility to return for refund.

Returns

Items no longer required may be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund at customers own expense (please contact us before returning). All Items must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

We reserve the right to charge a fee if goods are not returned in the original condition received or if any accessories are not returned. After 14 days of receipt no goods may be returned unless faulty.

Terms and Conditions

All returned items must have a receipt of purchase.

All electrical work must be undertaken by a qualified electrican.

Terms regarding fluorescent tubes: Due to the nature of this product and the small chance of transportation difficulties we have experienced, all fluorescent lighting tubes will have to be purchased at your own risk. Any fluorescent tubes received damaged cannot be replaced free of charge and will have to be purchased again. We are sorry we have had to take to these measures but due to the difficulties we have experienced, we have been left with no choice, however rare these circumstances are. You are welcome to arrange your own transport to collect from us.
