Shipping
We dispatch our items
by either Courier or Royal Mail depending on size, value and
weight.
We process and pack orders Monday to Friday 08:30 -
16:30
and aim to dispatch the orders on the same day if they have
been
paid for before 14:00.
If after 14:00 or over the weekend the we will
dispatch on the next working day.
Returns
Policy
We offer a standard 14 day
returns policy on all items excluding any perishable goods.
This
includes sweets, flowers / petals or any items that
have been measured/made to order
(no returns on confectionery or cut ribbons).
