If there are any issues with your order in regards to the status of the item, payment, and/or shipping information, we will contact you via the messaging system, email, or phone (if applicable).
Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number via eBay. Please allow 24-48 hours before updates appear on your tracking number.
Packages that are returned to us because of incorrect addresses (provided by the customer), customers will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
* Free Shipping ONLY applies to the 48 Continental US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and all non-US destinations are excluded.
** All international packages are subject to delay of delivery time, due to US & international customs. The customs will randomly inspect package upon departure/arrival of packages.

*** Claims on lost or damaged packages will be processed by our postage carriers (FedEx/USPS). After an investigation has been complete, customers will be reimbursed accordingly. This can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks.

Worn, damaged, or improperly packaged items will not be eligible for returns. Items must be properly sealed and returned within 60 days of the purchase date.

Please do not use the shoebox as a shipping box, any items returned in this manner will be refused and will no longer be eligible for a refund.
