Speedy Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all items on the same working day (and most Saturdays) if ordered by 14:00 PM or the next business day if ordered after 14:00 PM provided we have received cleared payment. However, under certain circumstances, a short delay may be expected.

Actual delivery times after dispatch will depend on carrier used, and delivery address. Typically : Mainland UK deliveries take 1-2 working days. Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Island, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take one or two days longer. If you have not received items after 15days of the date of posting (any item sent via Royal Mail), please email us. We will claim the lost for you. Please note that we will only give replacement or compensation when we get compensation from Royal Mail. Please allow 30-60days to complete the claim process. Royal mail will send a form to you to confirm mail was lost. This form has to be filled and retuned to Royal mail in order to get compensation. Please note you are not able to get compensation if Royal mail don't receive your confirm form!
