Easy Engraving Instructions (Step-by-Step):

Add the item to your
“Basket” or “Buy it Now” and then confirm payment.

Send
us your engraving details via “Contact Seller” or send us an
email. Our email address is customerservice@europens.co.uk.
We will send you an email/message to confirm that we have received
your engraving details.

Choose your engraving message:
Decide
what message you would like engraved. Engraving will consist of 1
line of 20
characters (This
includes any spaces or punctuation). Golden rule = less is more! The
best things to engrave are initials, names or dates. All
text is aligned and sized at our discretion to fit the pen.
**IMPORTANT**
Double check all spellings! We will cut and paste your
required text into our engraving machine so please ensure that this
is correct before sending to us.
2)
Choose your font:
Choose
a font from the picture at the top of the product page. If you don't
tell us which font to use we will choose the most suitable for you.
Your
message to us should look something like this:
“Please
engrave my pen with “John Smith”. Please use the font: US BLOCK.”
STEP
3:
Sit back and relax
while a member of our engraving team expertly engraves your item!
Once engraved, we will pop this in the post for you. (Usually the
same day on orders received before 1pm Mon-Friday, dependant on
receipt of cleared payment, stock availability and complete engraving
details).

ENSURE YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT IN CASE WE NEED TO
CONTACT YOU, BUT IF WE RECEIVE NO REPLY WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS, YOUR
ITEM WILL BE SENT WITHOUT ENGRAVING!*

will provide you with a letter detailing why your item has been
shipped without engraving and also instructions on how to return the
item should you still require this service.

unless an error or fault has been made on our part. Please inform us
within 3 days after receiving your goods if it arrives damaged,
marking contains error or you have received the wrong item so that we

kindly ask you to send us a picture as a proof of the fault.
