If you are not completely satisfied with your stylus then simply return it at your own expense within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in the condition it was sold in and unused. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. PLEASE NOTE: The DAGi stylus tips are fragile and easily damage if not correctly inserted or removed from the stylus. They are a replaceable part of the stylus and as such are not covered under the 1 year warranty. Tips can be purchased separately. PLEASE NOTE: This stylus is best used with a screen protector fitted to your device, because as with most styluses during use it may leave marks on your screen and a screen protector will protect your screen. The buyer of the stylus is responsible for any damage caused to any device by not using a screen protector.
