If anyone has more info on these mouthpieces we would love to hear from you. A rare find here! It is an Alto Sax Mouthpiece by Lebu. It is designed so that the Lebu ligature slides onto the bottom of it with provided grooves etched into the mouthpiece. Also included is the Lebu reed protector designed to work with the ligature. The metal protector covers the reed as well as the tip of the mouthpiece. Having played the mouthpiece, it is VERY versatile. It can have a dark mellow sound as well as a bright sound with audible harmonics. It plays the hole range of notes very well and would be a superb choice for jazz. Having said that, I notice that it TOTALLY can have a classical sound to it as well. It speaks quickly and feels very comfortable when playing. With me, this needs a harder reed than the metals. CONDITION	Fantastic Condition! The mouthpiece has been well taken care of. It has normal surface wear, but is smooth to the touch. No teeth marks.
