DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK Orders- Royal Mail Delivery

Orders are sent by the postal service specified. Royal Mail First (24) and Second (48) are not trackable services.   If you would like your order sending by a different service, such as a trackable or next day delivery service where the item does not offer this, please contact us via eBay messages, or our Customer Service helpline on 01943 968084, between Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm,  prior to placing your order.

UK Orders- Courier Delivery

Large or heavy UK orders will be sent by 3-5 working day courier, so please allow five working days from when you receive your dispatch email, for your order to be delivered.    Our courier deliveries do not generally require a signature from the recipient, so the delivery driver may leave your parcel in a safe place, such as a porch, garage or shed. 

International  Orders

European orders can take up to 5-10 working days to be delivered, and other international orders can take 10-24 working days for delivery.  European and international orders are not normally sent via a tracked service, so If you would like your order sending by a trackable service, please contact us via eBay messages, or our Customer Service helpline on 01943 968084, between Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm, prior to placing your order.
