We provide tracking numbers for all packages. Please note that we have yet to have any orders go missing through FED EX & EMS.
All FedEx International Shipments required a signature. We understand our customers are mostly residential and may not be home when the Express Courier attempts to deliver. It's a fact 99 % of our customer will understand and appreciate FedEx effort as we try three times before sending it back to the return address.
Customers have three options:
1. Someone is available to sign for the shipment on the courier's first attempt.
2. If no one is at home - we'll leave a Hang Tag on the Door - requesting you to sign and we'll
re-attempt the next business day and leave packages if signed.
3. You can come by the local station and pick up during normal business hours with the Hang Tag as a reference.
Some Customers think an International Shipment going to a Home Address is FedEx Home Delivery. FedEx Home Delivery is basically a U.S. Ground Domestic Service that deliveries to residents after hours and on Saturday. It's not for International Express Shipments coming from off shore. FedEx has between 8 to 11 million packages a day in the system and have developed processes that function well for the vast majority of customers. Hope this helps explain your options to reduce any confusion in the future.

DELIVERY TIME to all Other INTERNATIONAL destinations 6 - 14 DAYS
Please allow a maximum of 14 DAYS from the date of payment for EMS Post to all International destinations

We ship Tuesdays & Fridays, the lead time is approximately 7 days from the date of dispatch.
All items will be shipped within 5 Business days from the date of payment (we ship twice a week).
Please note : Orders are shipped to the address provided in your paypal details, it is up to you to make sure it is updated and correct during check out.

To avoid any shipping errors we do not offer special shipping services like faster lead times... no exceptions and no special cases - thank you for your understanding.
Please note that FED EX Does require a Signature upon delivery. It is up to you as the buyer to place a notice with instructions, on your front door if you are unable to sign for the delivery, with signature, giving permission to the FED EX Driver to leave your package.

Regarding International sales: We are sorry you are required to pay Customs fees, but it is illegal for us to mark 'gift' or state a value that is less than your purchase price, so please do not ask or expect us to do so when filling out your Customs form

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

HOWEVER, IF WE HAVE SOLD YOU AN ITEM THAT HAS A FLAW WE MISSED WE WILL GLADLY REFUND YOU. 
PLEASE EMAIL US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM TO EITHER RESOLVE THE ISSUE OR RETURN THE ITEM.
NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM US VIA EMAIL. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR BALI ADDRESS WHICH WILL BE GIVEN AT THE TIME OF APPROVAL.

B] PLEASE NOTE DUE TO MONITOR DIFFERENCES AND IMPERFECT PHOTOGRAPHY, COLOR CAN APPEAR SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT THAN AS SEEN ON YOUR COMPUTER.
C] SOMETIMES OUR DESCRIPTION OF A COLOR MAY BE QUESTIONED. PERHAPS WE CALL AN ITEM PLUM BUT TO SOMEONE ELSE IT MIGHT BE MORE PURPLE & TO ANOTHER THAT COLOR IS CONSIDERED TO BE VIOLET & SOMEONE ELSE SAYS IT IS MORE FUCHSIA.
