We cannot guarantee a 2-6 day delivery time due to weather, natural or supernatural disasters, and excess postal routes to rural areas. Tracking numbers are provided for you on your EBay page under "purchase history" and an email is sent to your email address inbox and EBay inbox. Your order is scanned by the USPS throughout the delivery process and can be tracked through EBay, Paypal, or the USPS. USPS scans are not always up to date due to any reason the USPS states. Returns: We offer “Hassle Free Returns”. Please contact us "before" opening a case or opening a return item request. The buyer has 14 days to return the item from the time of delivery with a “tracking number” and it must be in its original condition, then we will replace it with another of its kind or one of equal value or for a full refund within 3 business days, your choice. Buyer pays for return shipping. There are NO RESTOCKING FEE’S!
Return Claims: If you open a Return request and claim the item is not as described we will open a “Report Buyer Claim” against you for abusing the return policies! The item in this listing is 100% described all the way down to the jump rings. There is no reason for making false accusations when our jewelry items are completely described. Mercury & Acid Tests: Any acid tests done on our gold plated items will damage your jewelry item causing burn marks, bubbling, coloring, and turning the gold to a silver look, these can easily be detected and will be verified by our gold plate expert. If you try to claim a defect or damaged item claim against us after using an acid test you will be reported to EBay for a fraudulent return claim and they “will” take action against you. A Scratch test of the plated material is the only way to determine the purity of our product.
