Shipping Information:

We primarily use UPS to ship items won in our auctions, though your order may ship out with another carrier of equal value. If you would like to specify a specific carrier, please make note of it upon payment! Signature required for delivery (item(s) + shipping) over $500. You can use eBay's shipping calculator (located at the bottom of this auction) to figure out shipping cost prior to bidding. International bidders using USPS will pay EMS (Express Mail Service) shipping cost. International bidders should be aware that they are responsible for any additional taxes and tariffs that may be imposed by shipping companies, their countries, etc.

EPC, Inc. observes the restrictions set by the United States Government on what items can be sent out of the United States. The International shipping of all of our items will follow those restrictions. If you are unsure about your ability to receive merchandise, contact the US Department of the Treasury- Office of Foreign Asset Control - via their website. Warranty Information:

EPC accepts returns on 30 Day Warranty items and will pay return shipping to our facility for any item that is defective, damaged or misrepresented. The item will be repaired, or replaced, or have a refund issued for that item. This warranty does not apply if shipped outside the United States. For all other returns, shipping will be paid by the customer. The transaction will NOT be subject to a restocking fee.
