Return Policy:
Our goal is to satisfy our customers.
Our return policy is simple. we will take back any item within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. In order to return an item the buyer must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Items returned without a RMA will be charged a $10 processing fee. All returns must be in new condition and be returned in the original packaging complete with all: wrappings, hang-tags, straps etc. that were received with the item. Returns received without these items will be charged a re-stocking and reconditioning fee of 10% of the purchase price. Because we offer free shipping and the considerable time for our warehouse to process returns a 10% (of purchase price) restocking fee is applied to all non-defective returned items. You are responsible for items lost-in-transit so, we recommend that you use a shipping method that insures the return. We do not refund shipping fees. Please mail returns to:
