Shipping

Please determine the shipping method when checking out as some items provide multiple shipping options.

All orders will ship on a business day (Monday through Friday) excluding any holidays. FedEx requires current physical address to make deliveries. Please check your account to make sure all the information is up to date to reduce any delays from errors. International orders will be processed by eBay's Global Shipping Program for accuracy and timely delivery. It will also prevent the customers from paying additional taxes and duties upon pickup. Depending on the condition, small items may ship via USPS.

Payment and Billing

You will be asked to pay for your item via PayPal. Payments must be made within 7 days of Check Out for Auctions (All Buy It Now must be paid immediately). All items will ship upon cleared payment from PayPal and/or eBay.

Taxes

State law requires all orders shipped to the state of California be charged sales tax of the final item fee. For international customers, we ship via eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) which will include all taxes and fees during checkout.

Return Policy

For defective items or items not as described, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

For all other cases, it must be in the same condition as you have received it in order to receive a refund or an exchange. No Return Label will be provided and a(n) refund/exchange will be provided after inspection of the returned or to be exchanged item.
