Shipping Term:

• As the table below shows, the delivery time depends on your location and your local post office's efficiency. If your item doesn't arrive on time, please contact us first.

• The item will be shipped to United states by ePacket delivery from China with a tracking number, it will take about 7-13 business days for delivery, or by Hong Kong Post regular air mail to worldwide, it will take about 10-30 business days for delivery. **Business days are generally refering to "working days", excluding all weekends and holidays.

• Mostly, all of the products will be shipped out within 1 working days after we receive the payment and your detailed address. And we always ship to your paypal address, so if your shipping address is not matched with it, please note the address you want us to ship in comment box when you make payment.

     Payment Term:

• We accept Paypal only.

• After you have won the auction, an email will be send to your eBay registered email address.

• If you are paying through Paypal using eCheck, not that your item can be shipped only after eCheck has cleared

• All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received.

• We only ship the item to your Paypal address for fast and accurate shipment. If you want to change the address, please add a note when you make the payment.

     Return & Exchange:

• We fully guarantee Customers benefit within 14 business days if item DOA (damage on arrival), and return package within 30 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund. Refunds will be given via paypal only.

• ​​For malfunction products under warranty period, please contact our customer service representative via eBay message. Then get RMA# for return. Replacements will be sent once shipping status for returning package is confirmed.

• The buyer has an obligation to cooperate with seller to verify defective item. If you need return, please double check if the item does not work.

• All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong item or cancelled order after item was shipped). 

• A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all return packages. Please contact us to get an "RMA" number before you ship your items back to us. Items returned without an "RMA" number would be ignored or delayed in processing.Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by our customer service.
