If warranty terms are covered by the original manufacturer, please contact their customer service first.  For all other inquiries, buyer must contact ShopDivvy’s Customer Service Team (available M-F 8 a.m.-4 p.m. CST) through eBay Messaging. ShopDivvy will respond within 1 business day (this does not include weekends or holidays).
