Gold & white brocade coat- Very good condition. Tag is intact. Lining has some very minor thread pulls. Outside is very nice, no tears or stains.

Gold & white brocade slim dress- Good condition. Some fraying. Zipper is intact and works nicely.

Turquoise corduroy clutch bag- Good condition. Pearl is intact.

Fur & pearl hat- Very good condition. All pearls intact.

Woven white patterned hankie- Good condition. Some fraying around edges, no stains.

Short white tricot gloves- Good condition, but dirty

Graduated pearl necklace- Loop for hook is broken. No missing pearls

Pearl earrings- Good condition. Normal wear.

Brown open toe shoes- Good condition. No splits. Both marked japan.
