This device allows you to connect up to 4 monitors per video card.  It uses a special interface that streams into 4 separate DVI outputs.  The cable required is not included.

I personally use it for business purposes, like day trading and progamming and it works fine.  The card is not really meant for gaming.

For those serious about trading all markets simultaneously (forex, commodities, indices, equites etc), you can plug 4 of these into a Gigabyte Z87X-OC motherboard for a total of 16 monitors to one PC, ( i have personally done this and can provide pictures on request).

The computer running 16 monitors is pentium G3420 @ 3.2ghz with 4gb of ram running windows 7 on a fujitsu 64gb SSD, powered by a 600w power supply. To give you an idea of performance, I have 20 profiles of MT4 loading up on startup. It takes a few minutes to load them all and there is some lag. But for viewing of charts it is perfectly usable. If you wish to surf the web or program on the same pc while the charts are all open i suggest you upgrade to at least a core i5.
