TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE - PLEASE READ:

Payment: Payment should be received within 3 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary and within the 3-days after the auction has been won. My preferred payment method is paypal. Goods can be collected from our store during normal shop hours (Mon-Sat). Payment can be made in-store via cash, debit or credit card. International orders: Please contact us before placing your order so that we can quote for delivery to your destination. Payment must be made using paypal or bank-transfer only.

Terms: Please read our terms of sale prior to bidding. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.

Bidding: Please only bid on an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We reserve the right to cancel a bid in these extreme circumstances.

Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via DPD UK courier (www.dpd.co.uk). A tracking number will be uploaded to your ebay order on the date of despatch. All orders placed by 2pm will be shipped the same working day (Mon-Fri) by 24hr courier. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on bank-holidays will be shipped the next working day. Postage costs are for UK mainland only. Shipping to any UK non-mainland addresses, including N. Ireland, Shetlands, IOW, IOM, Guernsey, Jersey, will incur an additional £10 fee. We only use DPD courier so please do not request for goods to be sent out using any courier company. Goods can only be sent to the registered paypal address. We cannot ship to any other address. If a delivery fails due to nobody being at home to accept the parcel then it will be returned back to the depot and another delivery attempt will be made. If a parcel is returned back to after delivery attempts have been made then you will incur additional charges for the parcel to be re-shipped back.

Feedback: We do hope you leave feedback for us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or our service, then please contact us, either by email or phone so that we can resolve any issues quickly.

Lost Items: From time to time, items may be lost by the courier company. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.

Faulty Items: All products are brand new and are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, then please contact us for returns details. All our products include 1 years manufacturer’s warranty. Please ensure that you include your purchase details and reasons for return with the item.

Returns: To return an unwanted item which has been correctly supplied as per the auction listing, you must email us within 7-days of receiving the item so that we can provide correct returns procedures (under DSR). Please note that the item has to be returned in pristine, brand new, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging as you received it. Failure to do so will result in the item being rejected by our returns department and you will be liable for return costs back to you. All associated carriage/return costs are down to the buyer. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that items that been used, trialled or tested will not be accepted for return/credit. Any refunds due (less carriage costs) will be done via paypal.
