  We are UK company, based in Bicester, Oxfordshire and always with a large quantity of stock. All items will be checked, tested and speedily despatched from our warehouse there. We also have trade counter opening between 10:00-16:00 during weekdays in our warehoue. Ebay messages will be answered within several hours. 

• Standard 3-5 days shipping

  We use Royalmail and several courier services for goods delivery. All products will be well packaged and are fully insured in transit. Please sign the driver’s sheet and notify us within 48hrs of receipt of goods if there are any issues with the delivery such as missing or damaged items.This allows us to make a claim with the relevant courier and deal with your issue ASAP.

• Next Working Day Delivery
  At the time of purchase you will have the option of NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY. All orders completed prior to 2pm on that day will be shipped that day on a next day basis. Next day does not cover weekends. Also, the next working day service does not cover following UK post codes.

  NOTE: If you missed your delivery, the courier will leave a card at your address. You need to contact the courier service yourself. If you do not contact the courier service, your package will be returned to us and courier service will charge 8GBP+VAT admin fees. If you request a refund this admin fee will be deducted from your bill. If you would like us to send the item again, you need to pay 8GBP+VAT plus postage (if the item included P+P we only charge 5GBP per consignment). SO, DO NOT MISS YOUR DELIVERY. • Credit Card

  If you'd rather not use PayPal then you can text us after you've won the auction on 07861687102 with following info: Your eBay ID, the item number (for multiple-item orders you just need to key in one item number), your delivery address ( we just need to make sure goods are dispatched to the correct address). We will email back an online payment link with your order reference. After payment, please send a notification to us, we can check payment. We will ship goods after payment clears.

   

• Bank Transfer

  Please contact us after you've won the auction if you wish to pay by bank transfer and we will send the relevant instructions.

   

• Cash payment

  If you pop to our warehouse / trade counter, you can also pay cash. Cash transactions only available for face to face sales.

• Legal Compliance Returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations. There is a 14 Day Cooling Off Period within the EU. Within 14 working days of receipt of your goods (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to Plovet Ltd, for any reason, for a full refund. By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 14 days from receipt of goods in which to change your mind. This may be because you made an error ordering, or simply chose the wrong item. It is not a "try before you buy period". Any postage costs requested outside the standard postage option will not be refunded after the goods have been dispatched. You are responsible for your own shipping costs to send products back. You should make sure you use a postal service that can prove we have taken delivery. The 14 day cooling off period does not apply to Shop or Show purchases.

  If the item you are returning is for a refund then please be aware that refunds can take up to 7 days from cancellation. Items outside the 14 day cooling off period will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original value.

One year manufacturer's warranty starts from the day item is received unless stated otherwise on Ad. of the item.

Replacement of consumables (Lighting Bulbs etc.)
The abnormal use of products. We ask that you consult the user’s manual provided with the products.
Malfunctioning due to accessories (power cables etc) 
Product modification.
