We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the item or have purchased a bracelet or necklace that does not fit comfortably, you may within 14 days of receipt, return the item for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. If an item is faulty claims should be made within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, an assessment will be carried out to determine the cause of the damaged or faulty item. If the item is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent and the buyer's costs of returning the item will be reimbursed. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be provided.

If the item is determined not to be faulty or damage has been deemed to have been caused through incorrect use, it will be sent back at the buyer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered. We check the condition of each item before they are sent out.
