Turn the Susat upside down, undo the two large allen screws that hold the mount on, remove it, then undo the three smaller screws that hold the circular plate on take that off & the battery compartment is underneath.

Unfortunately some Countries Postal Services are not allowing items to be shipped to them containing Lithium Batteries (not the UK at the moment).
So we will regrettably have to remove any batteries that may have been fitted to an item going to the effected regions, at the moment Germany & Italy.
