Here is a very nice Zeiss Ikon Icarette Nr. 551/2 6x9cm roll film camera. This was their high end model that is convertible from roll film to plate film. It comes in its original box and case. The box top is missing one of the small edge sides. The case is labeled Zeiss Ikon Nr. 1760/2 and shows a good deal of wear. The camera comes with many backs including its ground glass back for when you are using sheet film, it has its back for using roll film. It comes with a film pack adapter Nr. 668/2 and one Zeiss Ikon sheet film holder Nr. 665/3. The camera leather looks good but does have some bumps under it in some places. The strap is intact. There is some black paint loss. The shutter fires on all speeds and sounds accurate. The lens is a Tessar f4.5 10.5cm in a Zeiss Ikon Compur shutter. The glass is clean but there is internal haze and some small fungus spots. The viewfinder could use a cleaning. The bellows look good and I don't see light leaks. A very nice rare outfit.
