RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY:
We offer 30 days warranty for this item. For shipping damage and shipping error, claim must be made within 48 hours after merchandise shows delivered. All return merchandise must obtain pre-approved RMA (authorized return number) from us prior sending them out or they will be refused. They must also be in original condition and package.
