The converse is then true, decreasing the number of teeth increases speed but reduces torque. For the Pinion Gear this is the Opposite - Increasing the Pinion Gear number of teeth increases the wheel speed but decreases the torque; decreasing the number of teeth increases speed but reduces torque. For these Spur Gears you need 32p Pinions.
