SHIPPING POLICY We ship products within the 48 Contiguous States by UPS, FedEx or USPS - depending on the type and size of the product. We do not ship products to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or PO boxes at this time. If you live in these locations, contact us and we can offer suggestions on how to get product(s) to you. We collect tax in Texas and California. We ship products Monday through Friday. Orders usually ship out the same day if they are received before 1pm CDT. Orders received after that cutoff will ship out the following day. Orders that are placed after 5PM on Friday and Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. Delivery will take between 2-5 days (depending on your location). Once an order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which includes the tracking number. Sometimes these e-mails get caught in spam filters, so contact us if you have any questions or concerns and we will work to address them immediately. If your package is lost or damaged, let us know immediately and we will work to help resolve this issue on your behalf with the carrier used for your shipment. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
RETURNS POLICY You can return your item to us for any reason within the warranty period for that item. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA), and make sure that number is clearly printed on the package you are returning. If the item is defective, you can request a replacement (if available) or a refund. For any non-defective New or Manufacturer Refurbished items that have been opened, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged as we can no longer sell these items as New/Mfg. Refurbished. Returns must be received within 7 days of the date the RMA number is issued. Please allow 48 hours for the return to be processed and a replacement to be sent out and/or a credit applied to your PayPal account. Please contact us with any warranty questions and/or requests and we will work to resolve them immediately.Give us the chance to fix an issue before contacting eBay or leaving negative feedback. GUARANTEE POLICY Most of our products carry a 30 or 60 Day Warranty. If the product you purchased from us becomes defective within the specified warranty period, we will replace it or offer you a refund.
