All items are brand new.  some are brand new with tag, some are new without tag.  the tag tells the size and the price of the piece.  it is attached to the item on a string (you need to remove it before wearing outside).  Lack of tag does not affect the item in anyway.  I will send the ones with tag out first before sending the non-tag ones.

Returns Terms and Conditions:
50% Restocking Fee will be assessed on returns not due to seller's error or item not as described.  Before filing for "Item not as described", please be advised that ALL high-priced items will be picture-documented before sending out.  Items will also be closely inspected for any defects prior to sending out as well!
Shipping Fee is NOT refundable.  For US Buyers receiving Free Shipping Promotion, $50 Shipping fee will be deducted in addition to 50% restocking fee.  
Buyers pay for return shipping fee.
Buyers must contact me via eBay's messages within 24 hours of delivery for return approval and instruction.   DO NOT choose the "Return Request" on eBay BEFORE contacting me.
All Returns must be received back within 14 days from delivery date.
