The Detailing on both the front and back of these is simply stunning.  These rare spoons are featured prominently in the most famous Tiffany silver book ever printed, William Hood's Tiffany Silver Flatware, When Dining Was An Art
(p.266)Correctly signed "T&Co. STG" and measure 4 inches long.  According to Hood, the STG was used on this piece as an abbreviation for STerlinG.  The detail and timeless design of these explain why Tiffany & Co. was so well know at the time.  Spoons from this set have been featured in auctions from Christies and Sothebys as well as sold on the prestigious 1stDibs antique website.   A true masterpiece, do not miss out on this rare and highly detailed 125 year old spoon.

Please note, the original gold wash is present on the first 6 spoons (#1 through #6) although you could easily polish it away if you prefer using regular silver polish and 5 minutes of polishing.  There is no gold wash on (#7-#10).
