This is a dollhouse (miniature) item.

This is a wonderful new and creepily realistic Python snake, handcrafted in dollhouse (1/12) scale by "Falcon Collectible Miniatures".  This snake measures 2 5/16" (5.9 cm) in length x 1/2" (1.3 cm) tall and is just a little too real for my taste, but might be perfect for your rustic or western setting.  Thanks for looking!
