All applicable sales taxes will be charged in all Canadian jurisdictions, on both the selling price of the item, and any shipping fees. We are federally registered, as well as registered in each province, so both federal and provincial sales taxes will be charged in each case.

    Domestic:
UPS Standard shipping will be used for domestic shipments to urban centers. If your postal code has a 0 as the first number, or if your address is an RR# or PO Box #, please note that your items will be shipped with Canada Post expedited parcels. Some exceptions may apply to the guidelines. Please note that shipping charges are the same for either service. This comment does not apply to items posted with "Letterpost" shipping.

     

    International Shipping

    Item values will not be falsified on customs documentation under any circumstances.
US Buyers:
Items will be shipped to the US using Canada Post Expedited parcel service, unless specifically noted otherwise. Please see the top of the listing for details.
International Buyers:
Items will be shipped with DHL Express shipping service. Please note that this service is more expensive than Canada Post, but is faster, more secure, and more reliable. This is the only shipping service that we offer for international shipments, and we cannot offer lower-cost services.
     

     

    Returns are accepted on most items, please see the top of the listing to confirm. 
If you receive a qualifying item** that is not as described, we have a 14 day return policy, during which you can return the item to us. We will always try to replace the item with a similar item, but sometimes this is not possible. In these cases, we will work with each buyer to come to a timely and amicable resolution.
