Payment Information

We currently accept payments via PayPal. Payments must be received within seven (7) business days of purchase or the order will be automatically marked as unpaid and later canceled by the ebaycheckout system.

Please double-check your shipping address on your paypal account, we only can ship to the registered address as stated in your paypal payment. Orders paid with echecks will be ship after paypal confirmed the cleared echeck. 

Shipping Information

We make it a focus to ship items within  one (1) business day after payment is received (holidays and weekends are excluded). All items are shipped from Japan  using Japan Post or  EMS Express service. Mail can be delayed due to customs, holidays, weekends and transit problems. Customs fees, import duties, and applicable laws are the buyer's responsibility. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country`s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. 

Return Policy

Please contact us before returning items for the best service possible. All returns must be in their original condition and may be returned within  (14) days from the shipment date at the buyer's expense for a refund minus shipping and handling costs.

Factory-sealed items that have been opened and being returned can incur a maximum restocking fee of up to 50%.
