Warranty

Viking cues are meticulously handcrafted in the U.S.A. from the finest materials and subject to the strictest quality control standards to bring you the best cue in the industry. Viking cues are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects.

Viking Cue Manufacturing LLC warrants against warpage and all components of the cue for the life of the product, but excludes replaceable parts such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, and bumper. Viking cues covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced without charge.

Joint changes are covered. Shafts that are standard length and 11.75-13mm are covered. Anything longer, shorter, over 13mm, or under 11mm will not be covered. Butts that are standard length are covered. Custom tapered butts, over length, and under length butts are not covered.

In the unlikely event your Viking cue has a defect, you may contact the nearest authorized Viking dealer or Viking Cue Manufacturing LLC directly at (800) 397-0122 for instructions.

Form of Payment: First and foremost we prefer PayPal.  It provides the fastest method of clearing payments as well as added insurance for both buyer and seller.  We can also accept personal checks (items will not ship out until payment clears).

Specific Weight Request:  In some cases we can adjust the weight of a cue to your liking prior to shipping.  If submitting payment via PayPal, you can place your weight request in the PayPal  "Message" box.   If you missed it, you can always contact us right after payment via Ebay Messages-Contact Seller.  If you don't specify a weight, you will generally receive a cue around 19 oz unless otherwise specified as a specific weight.  

Cue Tip Change:  In many cases we can change the tips on our cues to a tip of your preference.  We stock a wide variety of the most popular tip brands.  There will be an up charge for the labor and tip.  There may also be a 1 day delay in shipping to conduct the necessary labor.  Please contact us prior to purchase for price/tip availability. 

Continental USA Shipping:  In most cases we ship via USPS with delivery confirmation or UPS ground with tracking.  We usually ship your order out within 1 business day of a cleared payment.  Generally, if you pay before 1 PM PST on a business day, the item will ship out same day!  Otherwise, it will ship out the next business day. 

USPS Info:   We will provide a delivery confirmation number on each shipment.  USPS may not necessarily "courtesy scan" your item at each location therefore it may appear that it isn't moving but that might not be the case.  Parcel Post shipments won't be "courtesy scanned" at all and will only update once it's actually delivered.  Below are estimated shipping times provided by USPS.  SHIPPING TIMES AREN'T GUARANTEED and may have delays especially around holidays or severe weather.  

  • First Class- 1-5 business days 
  • Priority Mail 1-3 business days
  • Express Mail 1-2 business days(depending on time of day package is dropped off)
  • Parcel Post 4-9 business days(4-15 business days for outside Continental USA)                                                        

Non-Continental USA Shipping: - Non-Continental USA destinations and territories include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO. etc.  Regular USPS delivery time ESTIMATES WON'T APPLY TO THESE LOCATIONS.  UPS is not available to Non-Continental USA destinations.   

International Shipping:  International shipping rates are quoted using USPS First Class, Priority and Express Mail International.  International USPS delivery times are ESTIMATED 6-14 business days(depending on your country's mail forwarder and Customs Dept.).   Some Middle Eastern, African, South American and Island Nations may take longer.  Some countries may charge an import tax (duty).  Since each country's tax rate is different, this tax or any other tax is buyers responsibility (ask your Customs Dept. for more info).
