  • Extra Warranty: All cables offer lifetime warranty with reasonable fees.

     Exchange

 
  • All items can have an exchange in 7 days after you received it if there is any problem in quality,such as no sound, not working regular or damage by shipping.
  • If you need an exchange, a brand new replacement will be shipped to you.
  • Cost of returning shipping will be paid by customer,cost of second shipping to customer will be paid by us except Expedited Int'l Shipping.

     Return & Refund

 
  • All cables accept return in 7 days after you received it if there is any problem in quality,such as no sound, not working regular or damage by shipping.
  • Cost of returning shipping will be paid by customer.
  • Your returned product should include everything that comes with the product package, also your name, address and PayPal email address.
  • Your payment including Standard Int'l Shipping will be refunded to your PayPal account once your returned item is received.
  • Difference amount between the Standard Int'l Shipping and Expedited Int'l Shipping will be NOT refunded if you choose a Expedited Int'l Shipping in purchasing.
