- Items are shipped 1 BUSINESS
DAY after payment has cleared.

and U.S. Territories.

internationally via the Global Shipping Program, except for fragrances or
any items containing alcohol.
- If total weight of order exceeds 1 lb, service type may change to *Parcel Select
Ground.
- *Special Note about PARCEL SELECT GROUND
Shipments (aka USPS Retail Ground): Although the delivery standard for
ground is 2 – 8 Business days, this is only an estimate and can take up to
14 business days.
DESCRIPTION and
CONDITION OF ITEMS:
- We check and test each item
(except for cosmetics or skin care) for defects before listing, unless
otherwise noted.
- Box not perfect means that the
box itself may be slightly damaged but the item inside is in good
condition
- There may be instances where we
overlook something, as we are only human.

RETURNS:
- We now offer a 30 day return
policy on most items.
- Please contact us if a return
is necessary.
- Any new item must be returned
in the same condition as when it was sent out (i.e.,
product box still sealed, inner product (if it had a seal) must not have
been tampered with) otherwise, returns will not be accepted. If the
cellophane was removed it also constitutes a reason for us not to accept a
return.
- Please make sure to
use the same careful packing as we did when sending it out.
- Unless prior
arrangements have been made, the buyer is responsible for all return
shipping costs.
