We accept payment by Paypal, debit or credit card, bank/building society cheque and postal order. We are sorry, but we cannot accept cash through the post. All bank/building society cheques and postal orders should be made payable to FOXY FANCY DRESS. We accept payment via the telephone for credit and debit cards, please phone 01248 354855.

All items purchased before 4pm will be dispatched 1st class the same day. First class normally takes 1-2 days but we cannot guarantee this. If you require your item urgently, contact us for an invoice for special next day delivery. This will guarantee delivery before 1pm the next day in most parts of the country.
Please ensure your address is correct before paying.

International shipping.
Delivery within Europe normally takes about 5 working days and to the Rest of the World about 7-10 working days. Airmail is used as standard but for more valuable items we will use International Signed for or Airsure.

All goods purchased from FOXY FANCY DRESS may be returned for a refund within 7 working days from the day after receipt of delivery. Before sending the parcel back to us, please include your name, E-Bay ID and your address including postcode, as failure to do so may result in delay of any refund. You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing with picture card. The item must be without damage or use. All items will be inspected on their return to our shop. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed" service. Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; they include hats, wigs, facial hair, make-up, teeth, hosiery and underwear. Returned orders that qualified for FREE P&P will have the original delivery charge deducted from the refund.
We do not charge a restocking fee unlike many others on E-Bay.

Please note all pictures are for illustration purpose only and the manufacturer may sometimes vary the design, colour or style slightly. We will endeavour to always provide you with up to date pictures and description details.
Sizing of fancy dress can vary from suppliers and in our experience feedback from our customers both on e-bay and in our shop gives us a good indication of size. You may find our listing states a particular size and the packaging on the costume states another, this is usually due to our customer’s feedback and response. Also some sizes indicated on the packaging are USA sizes which differ from UK sizes. If in doubt please contact us and we will inform you if you have indeed received the correct size.
Foxy Fancy Dress reserves the right to change any price at any time without notice. Should a product price decrease since an original purchase we are not obligated to refund the difference. Similarly, should an increase occur prior to purchase, we are not obligated to sell at the previous lower price.
If an item is returned to us by Royal Mail due to the buyer not collecting it from their sorting office or due to the buyer providing an incorrect or incomplete address the following applies. We will only re-send the item once the buyer has repaid for the necessary postage. Or as an alternative we will refund the cost of the item (but not the postage cost) once the buyer has agree to cancel the transaction. No restocking fee will apply.
