Extremely hard to find in the States. It has been a "must grow" in our garden! This small round melon origins from Japan and it has been a popular fruit in the East Asian countries for a long time. Japanese sweet melon features smooth thin skin, crisp flesh, delightful fragrance and a very sweet tasting. Fruits come out green and gradually turn into a pale green color with some yellow tint. This attractive oriental melon normally weighs about 1-1.5 pounds, making it a wonderful personal-sized treat. 80 days.

Growing Tips:

- Use trellis to support the vigorous vines

- Cut back new vines to promote fruit growth
