Whenever possible, we get our supplies from small and local craftsmen and women, who are able to provide us with hand-crafted and high quality items for a range of different traditions such as Witchcraft, Wicca, Shamanism, Santeria, Asatru, Druidism, Voodoo and many other forms of Paganism and spirituality that can be difficult to find elsewhere.

We accept payment by: Paypal, and major credit cards through Paypal, no Paypal account is required to use a credit card.

Payment on Auction Style listings must be received within 3 days of auction end.  If you need longer to pay then contact us before bidding and we will make arrangements for you if possible.

All items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Most items will be shipped the same or next business day, except on weekends and holidays. 
 Some specialty items make take from 3-5 business days to ship, but we will ship as soon as possible.  When an item is to heavy or large for USPS another carrier such as UPS, etc. will be used.

All shipments include a Tracking Number, which you can find on your purchases page on eBay, or on PayPal.

Any items with Free Shipping, pertains to the United States Only, anywhere outside the US will be charged shipping according to location.  Outside of the USA, please check with us for shipping insurance amounts.

Pagan Creations is NOT liable for lost items shipped out of the USA, if they are uninsured.

All CD-ROMs sold by Pagan Creations contain copyrighted materials and can NOT be resold in any form or fashion.  The images and files they contain are for personal use only. 

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us.  Pagan Creations is NOT liable for lost items that are shipped internationally.  If out of the USA, you may request that we add insurance on package at buyers expense.  Items shipped out of the USA will be replaced only if the buyer covers the shipping charges for replacement items.  Buyer is responsible of any tarrifs, taxes or import rules if their country is outside of the USA.

Pagan Creations is not liable for the use or misuse of any items purchased from Pagan Creations.  By making a purchase you agree to these terms and copyright laws.

On all CD-ROM items there are no returns for cash refund.  If you do receive a damaged or non-working disk it will be replaced with another copy of the same CD.

All other items are subject to return only if the item is damaged.  Item must be returned to us within 7 days from time of delivery, in original packaging to the address below.  Please contact us before shipping back to receive an RMA number for the return.  Packages without RMA will not be accepted.  This is only for replacement only, not a cash refund.

Items shipped outside US will only be covered if buyers adds insurance to purchase.  Outside the US, non-working CD's will be replaced if buyer pays for the shipping on the replacement.
