We post items daily Monday to Friday. If payment is received before midday then items will be dispatched the same day. All items are securely packaged and clearly labelled. Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. The item must be new and unused and have all original tags and labels attached.
Please include a note with the returning item stating:. Name and address, eBay user ID, eBay item number and reason for return
Please send us an email before posting to let us know that you intend to return the item.
Refunds will be made only to the original purchase price.
The initial postage charge and cost of returning the item is non-refundable unless the reason for return is attributable to us, which does not include items that do not fit.
