  • We accept only unused and non damaged goods, when items are returned back. If the goods portray any of these signs then we can and will refuse to accept the returned items.
  • Products must be returned back to us in the original packaging. If the product has been damaged due to poor packaging from yourself the return will be refused and the goods will be sent back to you along with the return costs. Please do ensure to use the same packaging that we sent to you when you received the goods from us.
  • If you receive a shipment, please make sure that you get a receipt from the courier. If you notice the transport damage only after receipt of the packet, please contact your local DHL/Post Office which is responsible for the delivery of the item and get their confirmation. Until clarified please do not unpack or use the item.
  • Transport damages must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
