This katana has a long black finished carbon steel blade. It has a long handle, so that it can be easily equipped with both hands. The handle is with nylon wrapping around it for better grip. The guard of this katana has a unique bursting design. Asian character writing is depicted on the blade of the katana. When sheathed, the writing is still visible on the blade via the opening on the saya (scabbard).
