We ship all our packages in damage resistant boxes with bubble lining to ensure it arrives at your doorstep safe & sound.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer same day shipping on most orders received before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday - holidays excluded; most orders received before 2:00PM EST on Saturday ship the same day; orders received Saturday after 2:00PM EST as well as orders placed on Sunday ship on Monday, and all other orders ship the next day.
We provide free USPS First Class shipping for domestic orders which are usually delivered within 3-7 business days - other shipping options are available.

International Shipping Policy
We would like you to know that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time-frame for all of our international packages, as all packages must go through custom's inspections and through another country's postal system (if you have chosen USPS International shipping).
Any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs required on shipments to your country are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. We do not prepay or calculate the fees but you can contact your local customs office and they can provide you with a quote based on the item(s) which you are ordering. Our prices do not include these fees and they will be collected by the shipping company. If the package is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.

Return Policy
We have an unconditional 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy. You may return the item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Before you return your product:
- Please verify that your items are unused and in their original condition.
- Make sure to pack all of the included extras in your box.
- Enclose your items within the original packaging, if possible, and make sure to remove any existing labels from the packages
- Print out your shipping label and tape it to your package ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible.
- Deliver your package at one of your shipping carrier's drop off locations or schedule a pickup with the carrier.
