This Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1000 PLC training system is perfect for learning to program the SLC 500 and MicroLogix controller platform. The RSLogix Starter software to program this PLC can be downloaded for FREE from Allen Bradley's web site. We are also including sample programs to show the use of basic I/O, counters, and timer instructions. All of the switches are wired and labeled. Please take the time to look at the pictures and you will see this training unit is perfect for your training requirements.
With the included Visual Basic 2010 Express sample HMI code you will also learn how to create your own HMI using Microsoft's free Visual Basic 2010 Express software. This will turn your computer with an Ethernet connection into an HMI that can communicate with the MicroLogix 1100 via its Ethernet port. You will receive the Visual Basic code that is well documented to explain how the HMI is created.
