At Lotus Traders, we want you to enjoy your shopping experience & hope you are pleased with our product. All our merchandise is carefully inspected, but due to the nature of our fabrics and batik prints, each piece will vary slightly and should not be considered defective. Please note: All items are "Final Sale". We do not except returns or exchanges as we sell our products as "Final Sale" due to the significant discounts we offer our customers.  We supply detailed information as to the fabric content and measurements to help our customers select the best size for them.
  Note we ship direct from our factory in Bali, Indonesia. After clearing customs in the USA items are shipped individually through our hub in California. Note our shipping cost To the USA includes prepaid tax & duty which is approx $14-$15 per item, just a fraction of what we charge you. Further we do not except returns as the cost to ship back to Bali is prohibitive, instead all returns are sold to a reseller for a fraction of our cost.
However, if in the unlikely event you received a flawed item, please email us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return authorization. Items for return must not be used, worn, altered, washed or damaged and with original tags and packaging intact. No returns will be accepted without prior approval via EMAIL and any garments returned without authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
