Appears like new plus. Looks like these were only displayed. No scratches, marks or other blemishes. The bodies are aluminum and the frames, trucks and couplers are metal. Williams hit a home run when they made these a few years back. I took one of the cars out for photos so you could get a better look at it. The silhouettes are color and when they are lit up on the track look very realistic as seen in photo. Original box end flaps are a little tattered, but all there.
