FREE Domestic Shipping applies to UPS Mail Innovations which takes 3-7 business days delivery time. With this shipping method, UPS provides the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of the package. Final delivery will be made by the U.S. Postal Service. All addresses containing an apartment, unit or floor # will require signature confirmation.

Your item will be shipped within 24 business hours after receiving your order. Same day shipping on most orders if we receive your order before 2:00pm US Eastern Time Monday - Friday (holidays excluded).

Once the item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with USPS or UPS tracking number(s). You can simply track your item at www.ups-mi.net, www.ups.com or www.usps.com

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

: Any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs required on shipments to your country are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. If you chose UPS shipping, but your address is deemed as a UPS extended address, your package will be switched to USPS shipping.

Returns Policy

Your Satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Time Shop will gladly accept return of merchandise in NEW and UNWORN conditions with all warranty papers and cases within 30 days from delivery date. There are NO restocking fees.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our facility within 7 days of your return request. Use a trackable method of shipment for returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 72 hours. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
