Pre-order conditions
This eBay listing is a pre-order. A pre-order is the act of purchasing an item before it is available, with the understanding that the item will be shipped at a later date.

Please contact us for the ship date of this item. The ship date is calculated by the taking the manufacturer's release date plus the time it takes for shipping and handling to us. You can order it now and we'll ship it to you as soon as we get it in stock. Note that release dates are always tentative, and can change based on many factors such as manufacturer delays, weather, etc.

The Pre-order Process
1. Carefully review this eBay listing and feel free to contact us if any questions arise. If you would like to know the ship date of this item, please contact us before making a purchase.
2. When ready, please pay in full and complete the checkout process.
3. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to you with the most current information available regarding the ship date of your item(s).
4. We will notify you of any updated release dates for your items upon being informed through our sources.
5. Once the item is available, we will ship it out to your Paypal confirmed address that you provided with email notification.

Should you have any other questions after you purchased the pre-ordered items, please always contact us first and we will reply as soon as we can. This is the most effective way to address concerns and resolve issues.

Shipping
The listed shipping price is for shipping within the 48 continental United States. If you are purchasing from Hawaii, Alaska, or from another country, please contact us for a shipping quote.

We can combine shipping to reduce your shipping cost if you purchase more then one item from us. Please contact us if you would like to combine shipping before checking out.

Once payment has been cleared and we have received your item from our distributors, we will ship your package within 1-3 days.

Refunds
All sales are final, therefore no refunds or returns will be accepted. Before purchasing, please be sure you want this item.

International Customers

Currently, we only do business with certain countries outside of the United States. Those include: Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, and Japan. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your country.

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, tariffs, or custom clearance fees in their country. These fees and charges are not included in item price and shipping costs. HobbyHQ will not refund or pay any of these charges imposed by international buyer's country. HobbyHQ do not hold responsibility for delay caused by customs in international buyer's country.
